3:00 PM•11:00 PM or 11:00 PM•7:00
AM Salary:
$27.00•$29.97 per hour
Position Overview:
Join our compassionate team at Yamato Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, where you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will implement individualized care plans, perform essential medical procedures, and ensure the well-being and dignity of those entrusted to your care.
Key Responsibilities:
Order and manage necessary medications, supplies, and equipment to support resident care Implement personalized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs Perform wound care, treatments, and other medical procedures with precision and compassion Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of observations, interventions, and patient progress Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
