Suncoast Hospice , a part of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated LPN to join our Crisis Care team in

Hillsborough County:

Monday-Friday 8a-4p, every other weekend requirement. Bilingual preferred. What you'll Do

• Under the direction of the Primary RN, the LPN is responsible for identifying Patient/Family needs and coordinating Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) provision of services under physician's orders.
• The LPN utilizes monitoring, intervention, and teaching skills to maximize patient comfort and enhance the quality of life for the Patient/Family unit.
• Supervised and collaborates with Primary RN and/or CTM.

• Graduate of a License certified Practical Nursing program and at least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Maintain LPN license in accordance with State of Florida requirements.

Certification:

Valid CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

• Current IV Therapy certification preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months.
