Gulfside Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Clearwater, FL. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care in a warm, home-like setting. About the
Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Gulfside Health & Rehab, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, including: Providing direct patient care, such as administering medications, wound care, and vital signs Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals Monitoring resident progress and adjusting care plans as needed Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
Requirements:
Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida Ability to work full-time or part-time, including days, evenings, and weekends New graduates welcome to apply Compassionate and dedicated to providing excellent patient care Strong communication and interpersonal skills
