Job Description

$28 - $30/hour LPN (1:1 Pediatric care) We're seeking a compassionate, reliable Licensed Practical Nurse for a pediatric private-duty night shift in Miami. This is a stable, long-term case with a consistent schedule and one patient per shift. Sign-On Bonus Available • $500 Sign-On Bonus o $250 after 30 days of active employment o $250 after 90 days of active employment Bonus contingent upon active employment and satisfactory attendance.

Required Qualifications:
Active unrestricted, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Florida Tracheostomy experience Pediatric nursing Ability to document electronically Why Brightstar Care? One-on-one consistent pediatric private duty care (no facilities, no rotating patients) Supportive clinical team available 24/7 W2 position with weekly direct deposit Flexible schedule Responsibilities Deliver compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting, prioritizing their comfort and safety. Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
