Role:
As an LPN on our 12-hour shift team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide direct patient care, administer medications, and assist with daily living activities. Your strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will help you build strong relationships with our patients and their families.Responsibilities:
