Lake City Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking an exceptional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. Key Responsibilities Administer and document medications and treatments according to facility policies and state regulations. Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff with exams, procedures, and resident care needs. Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition, ensuring timely communication with the care team. Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in alignment with care plans and provider orders. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to support optimal care delivery. Perform additional nursing duties as assigned to uphold exceptional clinical standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited LPN program. Active Florida LPN license . Current CPR certification . Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care, rehab, or a related healthcare setting. Strong clinical judgment, assessment abilities, and organizational skills.
