Job Description
Flexible Schedule | Daytime Hours | No Nights | No Weekends | Clinical Research Auzmer Research is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN (per diem/as-needed) basis. This position is ideal for an LPN looking to supplement their current employment, maintain a flexible schedule, or gain experience in clinical research. Hours will vary based on study visits and participant scheduling, with advance notice provided whenever possible. Most shifts occur during regular weekday business hours. Qualifications Active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (new graduates are encouraged to apply). Completion of the Florida Board of Nursing-approved 30-hour IV Therapy Course (required). Current BLS certification. Ability to safely administer medications and treatments as delegated by the physician or APRN and within the LPN scope of practice. Ability to perform venipuncture, collect laboratory specimens, and perform CLIA-waived testing. Experience initiating and monitoring peripheral IVs and administering IV fluids and medications within the Florida LPN scope of practice. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Clinical research experience is preferred but not required —training will be provided. Why Join Auzmer Research?
