Summary:

The role of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Reserve at Citrus is pivotal to the health and well-being of our residents. LPNs are responsible for an array of duties, including overall resident well-being, medication management, team member supervision and training, communication with resident support services and families, ensuring quality assurance, and compliance with state regulations. LPNs complete mandatory training to become proficient in the Inspirit Senior Living Philosophy, principles of service, policies and procedures, and state regulations.

Resident Conditions Coordination of Health Services Emergency First Aid Infection Monitoring Resident Confidentiality Qualifications:

Education:

Professional Nursing License Pre-placement drug test and criminal background check
