Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The PRN LPN will provide nursing support on an as-needed basis and help ensure clients receive safe, high-quality, and professional care in accordance with their plan of care, company policies, and applicable state regulations. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, reliable, and passionate about serving clients in a home care or community-based setting.

Responsibilities include:

Provide skilled nursing services as ordered and within LPN scope of practice Conduct client visits, assessments, and follow-ups as assigned Monitor client condition and report changes to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare provider Assist with care coordination between clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals Accurately document services provided, observations, and client progress Provide education and support to clients and families as needed Maintain compliance with company policies, HIPAA, and state/federal regulations Travel to client homes or assigned locations as needed

Qualifications:

Current and active LPN license in the state of Florida Current CPR/BLS certification Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred Home health, private duty, or community care experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must be dependable, professional, and compassionate

Schedule:

PRN / As Needed Flexible hours based on client and agency needs Potential for daytime, evening, weekend, or on-call assignments

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
