Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN)- Psych

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, feeding, and mobility Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and safety standards Travel to various contracted healthcare facilities as assigned

Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license in the state of Florida CPR certification Minimum of 1 year nursing experience required Ability to adapt to different facility environments and work collaboratively with various teams Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to local facilities
