Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Resident-Focused Care:

Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with accuracy, compassion, and attention to detail.

Perform wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures to promote optimal health and comfort.

Accurate Documentation:

Protect resident privacy in accordance with HIPAA and facility standards.

Qualifications:

Active LPN License in the state of Florida. Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred, but not required. Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing the highest quality of resident care.
