Job Description

Melbourne Terrace Rehabilitation Center, a premier skilled nursing facility in Brevard County, is seeking a skilled and resident-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. We're looking for a nurse who brings strong clinical judgment, anticipates resident needs, and delivers care with professionalism and compassion.
What You'll Do:
Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting Assess, monitor, and anticipate changes in resident condition Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy in accordance with physician orders Engage with residents and families to support individualized, person-centered care Document accurately and timely in EMR (PointClickCare preferred) Maintain infection control and sanitation standards throughout the facility Ensure full compliance with (HIPAA) regulations Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing IV Certification required Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills Geriatric experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment EMR experience (PointClickCare a plus) Solid understanding of infection control practices Strong communication and resident engagement skills
