We offer advanced therapies focused on cellular health and improving patient outcomes, all within a personalized, hands-on care model. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support individualized patient care through clinical assessments, examination support, and treatment related documentation in an outpatient setting. This role works closely with a Registered Nurse and the interdisciplinary clinical team to help ensure a safe, organized, and compassionate patient experience before and after treatment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct structured pre- and post-treatment patient assessments in accordance with clinic protocol and within scope of licensure Perform clinical observations and screening activities, including cognitive and neurological-related screening Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify potential risks and contraindications for treatment Assess patients' emotional and psychological well-being and provide support and reassurance as needed Administer standardized cognitive assessments, including the MoCA, in accordance with established procedures and documentation standards Collect, review, and document relevant patient information, including medical history, medications, allergies, and other clinical details Observe and document patient condition, treatment tolerance, responses, and any concerns before, during, and after treatment Explain examinations and processes to patients and family members Complete and review required documentation before and after examinations and treatments Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed records in the electronic medical record and other required systems Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirementsQualifications:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing IV Certification required Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting with direct patient interaction Experience with electronic medical record systems Knowledge of HIPAA, patient privacy requirements, and clinical documentation standards Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient service skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team based clinical environment Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment Current CPR/BLS certification preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Additional healthcare training or education preferred Additional Requirements Strong verbal communication and documentation skills required to support patient assessments and standardized clinical testing Must maintain all required state licensure and certificationsBenefits:
