Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for continuous care per diem positions in Miami-Dade. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide vital nursing services in a dynamic home health environment, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of personalized care. A valid license is required, along with at least one year of relevant experience. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Administer medications. Monitor vital signs, perform physical examinations, and evaluate patient responses to treatments. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care. Document all patient interactions accurately , maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and safety measures. Requirements Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Florida with at least one year . Experience working in diverse settings including home care, long-term care facilities, or assisted living communities. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and critical care procedures including airway management and infection control. Strong assessment skills with the ability to recognize acute pain or emergent conditions requiring immediate intervention. Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient-centered care.
