Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) — Adults & Pediatrics | TPN / Trach / Vent Family First Homecare | 1:1 In-Home Care | Competitive Pay | 8-12 hr shifts | Days/Nights/Weekends | Miami-Dade Family First Homecare is building a strong bench of home health nurses (RN/LPN) for current and upcoming 1:1 in-home cases across Miami-Dade —serving both adult and pediatric patients . If you're confident with TPN, trach care, and/or vent skills , we'd love to connect and match you to the right case based on your experience and availability. What You'll Do Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in the patient's home per plan of care Monitor respiratory status, safety, and comfort; report changes promptly Administer medications/treatments within scope Educate and support caregivers/family members Document accurately and on time Common Skills (Varies by Case) TPN management Trach care , suctioning, pulse ox monitoring Vent monitoring (invasive/non-invasive depending on case) Enteral feeds (G-tube), medication administration Seizure precautions, wound care (as needed) Schedule Options 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts Days, nights, and weekends available (based on openings) We match schedules based on your availability and skill set Pay + Support Competitive pay (based on license, experience, and acuity) Paid orientation 24/7 clinical support (you're not on your own) Weekly pay (W2) + benefits options (eligibility varies) Requirements Active Florida RN or LPN license Current CPR/BLS Trach experience required Vent experience strongly preferred (not required for every case) TPN experience preferred Background screening + onboarding requirements Fast Apply (Helps Us Place You Faster) In your application, include: Preferred shift: days / nights / weekends Your Miami-Dade area: North / Central / South Your experience with: TPN / Trach / Vent Background Screening (Florida Applicants) Some roles require screening through the
