Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part Time (11:00 AM to 7:00 PM) Grand Villa of Ocala is dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Document resident care activities thoroughly and in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs Excellent organizational and documentation skills Flexibility to work the 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift At Grand Villa of Ocala, we foster a warm, welcoming environment where our staff can grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on residents' lives.
