This role requires experience with tracheostomy care, suctioning, and vital sign monitoring. •

Work Interview & Screening:

Candidates will undergo a work interview and skills screening to demonstrate their abilities and determine if additional training is needed before starting the position.

Schedule:

Probationary period will start with 8 hours a week. Tuesday -

Friday:

6:00 AM - 4:00 PM will be set schedule moving forward. May include extra hours on Weekends, depending on client's needs.

Responsibilities:

Tracheostomy suctioning and care Suctioning of oral secretions as needed Monitoring and recording vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels, etc.) Ability to perform daily changing with assistance Providing companionship and emotional support Following care plans and documenting services provided

Qualifications:

LICENSED REGISTERED NURSE OR LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

TO CNA WITH EXPERIENCE

) Must be able to pass a Level 2 background check (paid for by the employer)

Preferred:

At least 2 years of experience in ICU, tracheostomy care, or long-term acute care If lacking experience, must be willing to learn and train for the position New graduates and Nursing students are strongly encouraged to apply ! CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain in 30 days) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
