Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with strong IV therapy and phlebotomy experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, clinically confident, and committed to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. The LPN may have to work in the various offices based on our six physician's schedules. Our offices are located in n Port Saint Lucie, Saint Lucie West, Stuart and Ft Pierce, Florida. Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection with high accuracy and patient comfort Initiate, monitor, and discontinue IV therapy in accordance with state regulations and facility protocols Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report changes in condition promptly Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic medical records Assist physicians and RNs with examinations, procedures, and patient care plans Educate patients on treatments, medications, and follow-up care Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times Maintain supplies and ensure proper handling of laboratory specimens Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing IV Certification required (if applicable by state) Proven experience with IV insertion and phlebotomy Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Experience in outpatient, infusion preferred Preferred Skills Excellent venous access skills, including difficult sticks Strong patient interaction and bedside manner Knowledge of specimen handling and laboratory procedures Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
