Role Overview We are seeking dedicated and motivated LPNs, RNs, and NPs across the U.S. who are interested in a flexible, independent work model. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care across telehealth, home-based visits, and hybrid clinical settings , with the freedom to choose your schedule and expand your income streams.

Multiple Locations:

Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota and Tampa Bay Area Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care (virtual and/or in-person) Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs Develop, support, and implement treatment plans (as per scope of practice) Prescribe medications and therapies (NPs only, as applicable) Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR systems Educate patients on care plans, medications, and preventive health Perform or assist in wellness and aesthetic treatments (if qualified) Bonus Skills (Not Required but Highly Valued) Candidates with experience or certification in the following will have an advantage: Botox and dermal fillers (aesthetic treatments) GLP-1 therapies for weight management Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) IV therapy and wellness treatments Experience in telehealth or home-based care Requirements Active LPN, RN, or NP license (in good standing) Prescriptive authority (for NPs, as per state regulations) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Interest in telehealth, mobile care, and flexible practice models Strong communication and patient care skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive per-visit / per-consult earnings Opportunity to retain a significant portion of generated revenue Fully flexible scheduling (evenings, nights, weekends, or anytime) Opportunity to build independent income streams No clinic ownership or administrative burden required What Makes This Opportunity Unique Not a traditional job- platform-based earning model Access to a pre-established patient base (no need to source patients) Flexible care delivery: Telehealth, Home Visits, Clinic, or Hybrid All-in-one technology platform including: EHR system Telehealth platform Scheduling tools Digital prescriptions Automated billing & revenue tracking Compliance and workflow management Why Join Us Structured onboarding and workflow support.
