LPN - 12
Hour Shifts Job Summary:
As a skilled LPN at St. Petersburg Nursing & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to our residents. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to delivering high-quality sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care in a comfortable and secure environment. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team and help us deliver outstanding care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring patients' conditions Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with procedures and treatments Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and excellent patient experience
Requirements:
Current LPN license in the state of Florida 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!) Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
