Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, PCP, and specialty providers. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Assist in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs. Foster a warm and supportive environment for patients and their families. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this position, you should have: A current and valid LPN license. 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting with trachs/vents.
