Benefits That Matter Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) with Company Match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Whole Life & Aflac Supplemental Options A genuinely supportive, team-focused environment What You'll Do Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plan and physician orders Administer Medications and treatments as prescribed Assist with assessments, vital signs, and clinical procedures Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR/clinical systems Support infection control and safety protocols Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education Maintain compliance with HIPAA, AHCA, and company policies Required Qualifications LPN License Active in the state of Florida Current CPR/BLS Certification Willingness to obtain and pass a Level 2
