Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified LPN to provide direct patient care to our residents and patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The successful candidate will work under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse, assisting residents with activities of daily living and providing nursing services.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident Supervise certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation Oversee falls and pressure sore prevention programs Provide nursing services, including conducting and documenting thorough evaluations of each resident's medical status Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN Experience in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities preferred Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
