Position Overview We're seeking caring, dependable RNs and LPNs to join our team for a part-time day shift opportunity. This position is ideal for nurses who value meaningful, individualized patient care in a supportive, family-centered environment.
Location:
South Tampa, FL Schedule:
3 days per week | 10-hour shifts ✨ Your Role Deliver safe, skilled 1:1 in-home nursing care Follow personalized care plans as directed by physicians Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and caregivers Document care accurately and report any changes promptly ✅ Qualifications Active Florida or Compact RN/LPN license (required) Pediatric experience (preferred) Experience with G-tubes, trachs, or ventilators (a plus) Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred Strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills Why Join NorthBay? ✔ Flexible scheduling that supports your lifestyle ✔ Supportive, team-oriented culture ✔ Long-term, meaningful patient relationships ✔ Competitive pay and room to grow
