Responsibilities Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care in conjunction with the DON and the physician's plan of care and orders. Follow physicians orders and ensure compliance with the plan of care. Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.
