PART TIME/FLEXIBLE PRN
role that works with both, our Clients and our Caregivers, as well as the community. (Under the supervision/licensure of the Agency RN) Assess/Evaluates by observation the competency of the HHA's/CNA's upon hire and thereafter Follows the Agency Orientation process upon the HR Manager hiring of the HHA/CNA Assist the HHA/CNA with care direction of the client as needed May perform the duties assigned to the HHA and CNA's in a written, non-skilled Care Plan ( the LPN may not perform skilled care under this agency ) Assess and create the Plan of Care for the client as well as all updates as needed Calls/follow up related to clients care as necessary Vital member of the clients Care Team Establish and maintain relationships with clients family/private caregivers as needed Other related duties
General Duties :
Answer/direct phones as an Office Team effort Utilize office Email/Calendar as a mode of inner-office communication/schedules Come to work in an environment where there is open discussion, communication, and your input is valued!
Qualifications :
Graduate of an approved School of Nursing Currently licensed to practice nursing as an LPN in the State of Florida pursuant Chapter 464 F.S 1 Year Home Health Nursing for priority consideration Reliable Transportation This is an autonomous position, we're seeking individuals that's are self motivated and willing to always learn something new!
