We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for our adult and/or our pediatric patients in

NurseCore Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to the patient in their home Assist with mobility and transfers as needed Perform incontinence care (bowel and bladder) Monitor and manage any health concerns or symptoms as they arise Communicate with parents, office staff, and medical providers as appropriate Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Qualifications:
