Clinical Manager Job Type Full-time Position Summary Vero Orthopaedics is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist physicians in providing high-quality orthopaedic patient care. This position involves direct patient interaction, assisting with procedures, managing patient flow, surgical coordination, and performing IV infusions and IV antibiotic treatments . The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and able to multitask in a fast-paced medical office while maintaining excellent patient service. Key Responsibilities Escort patients to exam rooms and assist physicians with procedures, injections, and casting Remove bandages, sutures, staples, and casts as directed Apply and adjust plaster or synthetic casts Measure and fit orthopedic braces and ambulatory aids Perform IV infusions and IV antibiotic treatments Prepare exam rooms and assist with minor surgical procedures Provide patient education regarding cast and brace care Manage patient phone calls and follow-up communication Assist with surgical scheduling and related administrative paperwork Maintain and review electronic patient charts Process medication prior authorizations Maintain exam room supplies and assist with medical supply inventory Assist front desk staff with scheduling when needed Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current license IV Certification required Previous experience in a medical office or orthopedic practice preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Employment Requirements Must pass background check Must pass drug screening Vero Orthopaedics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
