Since 2002 we have had the pleasure of caring for an alert, oriented, kind, energetic, fun female quadriplegic with limited use of upper extremities requires a skilled nurse for medication administration, urostomy straight cath. & stoma care, bowel program, transfers bed to chair via Hoyer lift, prepare meals/ cut food, all personal care, ROM, wound care. Client has a handicapped Van for outings. accompany to appointments/ mall/ events . Assist with restocking of medical supplies, making grocery lists/ cutting coupons PRN. Home making required (dust/dishes/vacuum/mop/ laundry. Client has a puppy, so must be a dog lover & assist with feeding/walking... most of all be a friend. She has many long term nurses.
