This Atlanta-based opportunity is with a private medspa that offers scheduled aesthetic and wellness services in an outpatient clinic setting. The Clinical Nurse will help support patient visits by assisting with intake review, care documentation, patient observation, room preparation, and provider-directed clinical workflows. Nestea Recruiting is assisting the hiring clinic with candidate recruitment. The selected Nurse will be employed directly by the clinic. What Makes This Role Different This is a structured outpatient position with scheduled appointments, not a hospital floor role or emergency-care position. The nurse in this role will help create a safe, organized, and professional patient experience by supporting intake review, preparation, documentation, patient observation, and communication with the supervising provider. Paid training is provided, and previous medspa or aesthetic nursing experience is not required for qualified candidates. Core Focus of the Position The RN will support four main areas of the clinic's daily workflow: 1. Patient Readiness Review intake information, health history, service screening details, and patient questions before scheduled services. 2. Documentation Accuracy Complete charting, consent forms, service records, patient notes, and related documentation according to clinic standards. 3. Safety and Observation Monitor patients during assigned services and report unusual symptoms, contraindications, medical concerns, or patient questions to the supervising provider. 4. Clinic Flow and Preparation Prepare treatment rooms, organize supplies, follow sanitation procedures, support privacy standards, and help maintain a professional care environment. RN Responsibilities Review patient intake forms, health history, and screening information Support scheduled medspa and aesthetic service appointments Observe patients during assigned services and communicate concerns appropriately Complete accurate charting, consent documentation, service notes, and related records Provide approved pre-service and post-service instructions to patients Prepare treatment areas, supplies, and equipment before appointments Follow infection prevention, sanitation, privacy, and workplace safety procedures Communicate clearly with providers, management, staff, and patients Escalate contraindications, unusual symptoms, clinical questions, or concerns to the supervising provider Complete required onboarding, training, meetings, and protocol education Training Provided The hiring clinic provides paid training before the RN independently performs assigned responsibilities.

All responsibilities are performed according to clinic policy, provider direction, applicable Georgia nursing regulations, and RN scope-of-practice requirements. Early-Career Newly licensed Registered Nurses and early-career RNs are welcome to apply. Candidates do not need prior medspa, cosmetic, or aesthetic nursing experience if they meet licensing requirements and are willing to complete paid training. Experienced nurses are also welcome. The weekly schedule includes Sunday and three weekdays. Shifts are typically 7-8 hours. Clinic hours:

10:00 AM-6:00 PM Sunday:
11:00 AM-6:00 PM Occasional time before opening or after closing may be needed for clinical preparation, documentation, or administrative tasks. Final schedule details will be reviewed during the interview process. Pay Range $20.00-$28.00 per hour Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills. Required training hours are paid. Additional compensation details, if applicable, will be reviewed during the hiring process.
