Contract/Travel Assignment Position Overview Atlanta Cancer Care is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its outpatient oncology team in Canton, Georgia. This position is ideal for a clinically strong LPN who is comfortable performing hands-on patient care duties in a fast-paced specialty clinic environment. While oncology experience is preferred, candidates with strong IV therapy skills and experience accessing and managing implanted ports will be considered.

- 13-week assignment Local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered Seeking a clinically strong LPN who can quickly adapt to oncology clinic workflows and patient care needs Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience within a specialty practice setting Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong clinical nursing skills with the ability to perform direct patient care tasks Experience with IV therapy and port access/management required Ability to work independently and efficiently in an outpatient clinical environment Preferred Qualifications Previous oncology or hematology experience Experience administering treatments and monitoring patients in a specialty clinic setting Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills Schedule Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends or on-call requirements noted.
Pay:
