Job Description

Hiring Immediately — Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN)
  • Augusta, GA Pay Based on Experience About Gentle Care Home Services Gentle Care Home Services is a trusted provider of pediatric private duty nursing in the Augusta, GA area.
We specialize in caring for medically fragile children who require skilled, continuous nursing support in the home. We believe exceptional care starts with a supported and valued nursing team. Our nurses enjoy an individualized care model, a collaborative clinical environment, and the ability to focus fully on their patient without the pressures of a facility setting.
The Role:
One Patient. One Nurse. Real Impact. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for pediatric patients in the Augusta area. Multiple openings are currently available with varying schedules and skill levels. Current Open Cases Case #1
  • Augusta, GA 30904 16 Hours Per Week Monday & Wednesday or Friday 2:00 PM
  • 8:00 PM Patient requires: G Tube feedings Pediatric skilled nursing care Medication administration and monitoring Case #2
  • Augusta, GA 30901 PRN / As Needed Coverage Patient requires: Autism care G Tube feedings Compassionate, patient-centered nursing support Case #3
  • Augusta, GA 30906 8 Hours Per Week Flexible Schedule — Any Day Monday through Friday Patient requires: Cerebral palsy care Wheelchair assistance Total care support Assistance with activities of daily living Key Responsibilities One-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home Clinical assessment and monitoring for changes in condition Medication administration and treatments Accurate and timely documentation Family education and caregiver support
Qualifications & SkillsLicensure:
Active, unrestricted Georgia RN or LPN license
Experience:
Pediatric or home health experience preferred Experience with G Tube care preferred
Compliance:
Ability to pass criminal background check Current negative TB test within 12 months
