The Role:
One Patient. One Nurse. Real Impact. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one PRN care for a pediatric patient in the Augusta area. Open PRN Case

PM Patient Requires:
G-Tube Care Trach Care Vent Care Medication Administration & Monitoring Pediatric skilled nursing care Key Responsibilities One-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home Clinical assessment and monitoring for changes in condition Medication administration and treatments Accurate and timely documentation Family education and caregiver support
Qualifications & SkillsLicensure:
Active, unrestricted Georgia RN or LPN license
Experience:
Pediatric or home health experience preferred Trach and vent experience preferred
Compliance:
Ability to pass criminal background check Current negative TB test within 12 months
