Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a travel assignment in a clinical healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support clinical operations, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure positive patient outcomes. Candidates should possess strong clinical skills, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team Administer medications and treatments as directed Assist with patient assessments, documentation, and care coordination Maintain accurate and timely medical records Support infection control and patient safety standards Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and nursing standards Assist with daily clinical operations and patient flow as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the specialty required Active Georgia LPN License or Compact LPN License required Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
