Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Home Healthcare Current Shifts Available:
    Wednesdays 7:00 pm
  • 7:00 am Thursdays 7:00 pm
  • 7 :00 am Fridays 7:00 am
  • 7:00 pm Can offer (3) 12-hour shifts for full time, (2) 12-hour shifts for part time, and
PRN Pay:

Cornerstone Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dependable LPNs to provide one-on-one care for a long-term patient with a brain injury. This role offers consistent 12-hour shifts and the opportunity to build a strong, impactful relationship with your patient.

40-year-old male with a traumatic brain injury
Diagnosis:
Disorder of consciousness Care requirements include trach management, NPO status, and GJ tube care
