Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Medical Team Administrator at the Pickens County Detention Center in South Carolina. This Full time leadership opportunity offers the consistency of a Monday through Friday schedule while allowing you to step into a meaningful clinical leadership role within correctional healthcare. If you are an LPN who enjoys organization, teamwork, and making a direct impact on both patients and staff, this position delivers the perfect blend of hands-on nursing and operational leadership. What You'll Do Coordinate daily medical operations and nursing workflow within the facility Provide direct patient care within scope of practice Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Oversee sick call processes and follow-up care Maintain compliance with nursing standards, company policies, and facility procedures Ensure accurate documentation and assist with quality assurance initiatives Communicate effectively with providers, correctional staff, and facility leadership Help create a professional, organized, and patient-focused healthcare environment
