Location:

Cleveland, GA, 30528 We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician Assist with patient assessments and evaluations Monitor and record patient vital signs Assist with patient care plans and treatment goals Provide patient education and support Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements:
