️ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Day Shift | Full-Time Crisp County Jail | Georgia 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM | Rotating Schedule with Every-Other-Weekend Rotation | Full Benefits Build a Career That Matters Some nursing jobs become routine. This one keeps you engaged. Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Crisp County Jail in Georgia. This full-time day shift position offers a unique opportunity to practice meaningful nursing, expand your clinical skills, and make a lasting impact on an underserved patient population. What You'll Do As a member of our correctional healthcare team, you'll provide essential nursing care while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals in a structured and supportive environment.
Responsibilities include:
Administering medications and treatments Conducting patient assessments and screenings Monitoring chronic and acute medical conditions Responding to medical concerns and urgent situations Assisting with intake and health evaluations Collaborating with providers and nursing staff Maintaining accurate and timely documentation Promoting patient wellness and continuity of care What We're Looking For Active Georgia LPN license Current CPR certification Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to delivering compassionate, ethical patient care Correctional, medical-surgical, long-term care, or emergency nursing experience is welcomed but not required Schedule Full-Time Day Shift 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM Rotating schedule that provides built-in days off throughout the pay period Every-other-weekend rotation This schedule offers the consistency of full-time employment while providing weekdays off during the rotation.
