MUST LIVE IN DAHLONEGA,GA OR WILLING TO COMMUTE. CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES
  • Wound Care
  • Medication Administration
  • Medication Documentation
  • Oversee the services of direct care staff and Certified Nursing Assistants (in applicable)
  • Administering tube feeding
  • ADLs
  • Nursing assessments
  • Skin Care
  • Vital Signs
  • Nursing Care
  • Report to RN
  • Adhere to the requirements based upon policies & procedures of DBHDD as well as Noela Inc.
  • Any other duties deemed necessary
MININUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • GA Licensed LPN
  • First Aid certified (required)
  • CPR certified (required)
  • Clean Criminal Record Check
  • Excellent administrative skills
COMPETENCY REQUIRED
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Computer literate
  • Communicate effectively with service monitors, staff, families and state administrators
  • Excellent interpersonal skills Summary As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide essential patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
Your core skills in patient assessment, catheterization, and tube feeding will be vital in delivering high-quality healthcare. The role requires proficiency in EHR systems and adherence to HIPAA regulations. With premium skills in critical care and long-term care settings, you will support patients with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities. Your certifications in First Aid and CPR, along with your administrative experience, will enhance the overall patient experience in our organization.
