Clinical Lead LPN•Pediatrics DeKalb Pediatrics Center | Decatur, GA Full-Time |
Monday-Friday Pay Range:
$21•26 per hour (based on experience) DeKalb Pediatrics Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as our Clinical Lead. If you have a passion for pediatric care and enjoy mentoring and supporting clinical staff, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
✅ Provide direct patient care in a busy pediatric practice✅ Assist with daily clinical operations and patient flow✅ Support and guide Medical Assistants and clinical staff✅ Help train and onboard new team members✅ Monitor clinical workflows and ensure quality patient care✅ Assist with vaccine management, clinical supplies, and compliance initiatives✅ Work closely with providers and leadership to maintain an efficient clinic environment
Qualifications:
