• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on various health conditions, treatments, and medications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as Cerner, Athenahealth, or Epic
• Assist with minor procedures such as dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatments

Skills:

• Valid LPN license in [state]
• Experience working with patients of all ages, including children
• Proficient in performing venipuncture and IV insertion
• Knowledge of occupational health practices and procedures
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Cerner, Athenahealth, or Epic
