Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate Assist with patient assessments and document findings in medical records Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques Assist with case management and coordination of patient care Maintain a clean and sterile environment in accordance with infection control protocols Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the facilities leadership
