MDS Coordinator Summary:
As the MDS Coordinator, you'll serve as the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI)/Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator for our center. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing MDS assessments in accordance with CMS and LTCI regulations and guidelines.
MDS Coordinator Responsibilities:
Your impactful contributions will include: Collaborating with nursing caregivers and other disciplines to ensure accurate care plan goals Effective communication with various disciplines to facilitate timely completion and transmission of RAI/MDS Preparing accurate reports on Quality Measure/Quality Indicators (QM/QI) from RAI/MDS data Benefits for the
