Job Description

We are seeking a Documentation & Compliance Specialist to support our Immaculate Healthcare Solutions Intellectual & Developmental Disability Services operations. Experience working with Medicaid Waiver program a plus. The Documentation & Compliance Specialist serves as a member of the Quality team by leading efforts associated with Immaculate Healthcare Solutions compliance and quality improvement programs and initiatives
RESPONSIBILITIES
Participation and Supervising in individual service plans (ISP) and strategies reflect the goals and objectives of the ISP Leads in continuous quality improvement, training, and accreditation/licensure/survey/policies for all services and customer satisfaction Helps identify and evaluate for systemic deficiencies, and takes a systematic, comprehensive, and data-driven approach to improving maintaining, safety and quality. Oversees committee functions and for assigned territories. Arrange and coordinates activities for all external audits Completes and/or directs the completion of internal monitoring activities, to identify areas of opportunity. Directs the completion of satisfaction surveys and quality of life surveys Monitors EHR and quality management system utilization and compliance; analyzes data to inform and improve services Completes and/or directs the completion of policies. Compilation and analyzation of data as requested. Achieve performance competence Performs quality reviews across all programs, analyzes data, and identifies trends in defects or errors as well Basic life support (BLS) certification We encourage passionate individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of patients to apply for this rewarding position.
