Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Shifts:
12 hour shifts Day 7am
  • 7pm, Night 7pm-7am NEW Higher RATES!

Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job Description:
As an Licensed Practical Nurse LPN at Berrien Oaks Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care to our residents.
Your duties will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Monitoring and recording vital signs Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members Assisting with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers Providing education and support to residents and their families Ensuring compliance with established nursing standards and regulations Compassion and empathy towards elderly residents Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse LPN license in the state of Georgia Current CPR certification Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility is preferred
