Role:
Join Xclusive Care Services as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and be a vital part of our compassionate healthcare team in Norcross, GA. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients, and we are looking for enthusiastic professionals who are eager to make a difference.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patient health and report any changes to the nursing staff. Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort and dignity. Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices. Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Current and valid LPN license in the state of Georgia. Proven experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
