Norcross, GA Job Details Part-time 1 day ago Qualifications Patient condition reporting Working with individuals requiring tube feeding Insulin administration Care plan evaluation RN License Initial assessment (medical evaluation) Tube feeding In-home healthcare experience Mid-level Monitoring and managing IVs Disease state management LPN Diabetes care Catheter home care Home health agency experience Antidiabetic agents Communication skills Medical treatment implementation Full Job Description LPN or RN - In-Home Assessment Nurse (PRN/1099) - Metro Atlanta Gaddiel Home Care Services Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as in-home assessment specialists. As a 1099 contractor, your primary responsibility will be conducting 60-90 day client assessments in the comfort of their homes throughout the Metro Atlanta area.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive 60-90 day in-home client assessments Evaluate patient health status, needs, and care plans Communicate assessment findings to the care team Provide skilled nursing care as needed, including: Medication management Wound care Catheter and tube feeding care Diabetes management/insulin administration Colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy care IV therapy and other skilled nursing duties
Qualifications:
Current and valid LPN or RN license in the state of Georgia Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home care experience preferred Strong assessment and clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently with clients in their homes Reliable transportation for travel throughout Metro Atlanta Why Join Us?
