In this role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing support, ensuring patients receive personalized care tailored to their unique needs. Your energetic approach and dedication will help foster a positive environment focused on healing, comfort, and well-being. This position offers flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability while contributing to a team committed to excellence and continuous improvement. Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed health histories. Administer medications and injections accurately following established schedule. Assist with complex procedures such as catheterizations. Support patients with specialized needs. Document all patient interactions thoroughly, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Respond promptly to urgent situations including acute pain management, airway management. Requirements Valid LPN license in good standing; prior experience in critical care settings and long term care is highly desirable. Experience working with diverse patient populations. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology. Ability to perform technical skills such as venipuncture, phlebotomy, tube feeding management, and sterile technique adherence. Strong understanding of infection control practices and HIPAA compliance standards. Excellent patient assessment skills combined with compassionate communication and teamwork orientation.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
