Job Description:
Work Schedule:
4 x 10 hour shifts, rotating weekends Develops and implements training plans to educate end users for assigned projects. Facilitates end-user training programs and ensures proper training material is provided prior to and during training. Provides medical literature research services to patients, families, and healthcare providers. Engages with employers to negotiate mutually beneficial solutions for both the employer and the patient. Communicates effectively on the telephone and in-person with patients and colleagues. Contacts patients and ensures they attend appointments and follow-ups. Demonstrates strong attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy and excellence, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Designs and implements specialty-specific optimization programs. Prioritizes workload and meets deadlines. Interacts effectively with practitioners and their staff. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing [Required].
  • Knowledge of computer systems and applications [Required].
  • Knowledge of medical terminology [Required].
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel [Required].
  • High school graduate [Required].
  • Additional languages [Preferred].
  • Must possess clinical knowledge including but not limited to drawing medications, checking glucose, performing throat and nasal swabs, and manually measuring blood pressure [Preferred].
Education:
  • High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Work Experience:
  • 2+ years of clinical experience [Required]
  • 2+ years of emr experience [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) [Required] OR American Association Medical Assistants (CMA) [Required] OR Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) [Required] OR Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) [Required] OR National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) [Required] OR Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) [Required] OR Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) [Required] • Registered Nurse (RN) [Preferred]• Credentialed Member, American Academy of Medical Administrators (CAAMA) [Preferred]
Pay Range:
