SPANISH SPEAKING LPN OR RN NEEDED - ONE-TIME INITIAL ASSESSMENT

Pay:

$70.00 per hour Heartify In Home Care is seeking a Spanish-speaking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to complete a one-time in-home assessment for a client in Rome, Georgia. This visit will consist of conducting an initial nursing assessment to evaluate the client's condition, safety, functional abilities, and need for home care services. The nurse will document findings and provide recommendations regarding the level of care and services required.

Responsibilities:

Conduct a comprehensive in-home nursing assessment. Evaluate activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional status. Assess safety risks, mobility, fall risk, and overall health condition. Identify care needs and recommend appropriate home care services. Complete required assessment documentation accurately and professionally. Communicate findings to agency administration.

Requirements:

Active Georgia LPN or RN license in good standing. Must be fluent in Spanish and English. Strong assessment and documentation skills. Reliable transportation. Professional and compassionate bedside manner. Previous home health, home care, case management, or assessment experience preferred.
